The Moldovan parliament will soon adopt a declaration condemning Russia for the illegal deportation of Ukrainian children. As INFOTAG reports, this was written in social networks by speaker Igor Grosu after a meeting in Chisinau with deputies of the Verkhovna Rada Mikhail Radutsky and Mykola Stefanchuk.

President Maia Sandu considers the referendum on European integration the most important event for Moldova after the country's independence. As INFOTAG reports, Sandu said this on Thursday evening during a program on TV8 channel.

The Moldovan parliament has scheduled for October 20 a constitutional referendum on the integration of the republic into the European Union. 56 MPs from the ruling Party of Action and Solidarity (PAS) voted in favor of this decision on Thursday evening.

On Thursday, deputies of the "Victory" group, formed by nine deputies of the Moldovan parliament, thanked Russian President Vladimir Putin "for his support."

President Maia Sandu stated that Moldova strongly condemns the assassination attempt on Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico. Sandu admitted on social media that she was shocked by “this heinous attack,” INFOTAG reports.

The chairman of "Our Party" (OP), Renato Usatii, believes that "the reform of the ruling PAS Party in the justice sector is completely compromised, which predictably brought Moldova's justice to a dead end."
